Shipping policy

Maison Minimalist offers free worldwide (and tracked) shipping on all orders.
Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for updated tracking to become available.

Shipping to most countries will take between 5 to 12 business days. These do not include customs handling time.

Tracking Information:
Please allow 1-5 business days for updated tracking to become available after receiving your confirmation email. While we do our best to offer you complete tracking, please note we are unable to provide the exact location and estimated delivery dates until your order is with the end courier. Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you have provided the incorrect shipping address or need to have it updated, please notify us as soon as possible via info@maison-minimalist.com.

If the order has already been shipped to the destination indicated in the original order, unfortunately you will need to place another order with the correct address. Maison Minimalist will not be responsible for any costs of the original or new order.

If the order has been dispatched, but has been sent back to the warehouse or our freight-forwarder, we can forward the product to you with all additional shipping costs to be incurred by you. Please note re-shipments may take up to 12 business days to arrive, as it needs to be sent back to us first, and then re-routed based on the updated address). Maison Minimalist will not be responsible for any costs of the original or revised order.
