We offer tracked shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country is not supported, we will notify and refund your order promptly.

Shipping to most countries will take between 5 to 12 business days. These do not include order processing or delayed customs handling time.

To find your country's estimated shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your order amount and the country it is being shipped to.

We offer several options for shipping:

• Flat Rate Tracked Shipping
• Free Standard Tracked Shipping (above an order amount)
• Express Tracked Shipping (For US/UK orders only)

To find your shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy for details or the checkout page after you've inputted your shipping address.

Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking to become available after you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped.

You may track your order here.

We ship from several distribution centres, so your order may arrive in more than one package. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of your items to reach you.

If your order includes a pre-order item, everything else in stock ships first, automatically. Your pre-order item then ships as soon as it's back in stock, at no extra shipping cost.

If the rest of your order still hasn't arrived after a few days, email us at info@maison-minimalist.com and we'll track down your remaining packages.

We’ve got you covered.

All customs fees, duties, and import taxes are paid for by us, so you won’t get hit with any surprise charges when your order arrives.

Our system begins processing orders automatically, so address changes aren’t always possible. That said, we’ll do our best to help if you contact us quickly. Your best chance is to email us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please email info@maison-minimalist.com with the subject line “ADDRESS CHANGE” and include your order number and updated address in the message.

When you place a pre-order, the product page and your confirmation show an approximate shipping window. That window is our best estimate based on the incoming stock date, and we ship as soon as the item arrives.

If your order includes other items that are in stock, those ship first, automatically. Your pre-order item then ships as soon as it's back in stock, at no extra shipping cost.

To change the colour, the item, or your shipping address, email us at info@maison-minimalist.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee the change: restocks sometimes arrive early, and pre-orders ship automatically the moment they do.

All styles are made with quality materials, dual zippers, gold hardware, and multiple interior pockets for organization! All of our bags are perfect for everyday use or for travelling, and fit in almost all sized luggages and even (some) personal sized bags!

See comparison chart here

Which one is your classic, most popular style?
SALY – Our best-seller for a reason. Comes in 11 aesthetic colors and includes 2 small pouches, 1 large pouch, a stitched middle zippered divider, and an exterior back zip pocket. It’s the everyday go-to makeup bag.

What’s the most stylish or elevated option?
AVA – A step up in both looks and function. Made from saffiano-like vegan leather with gold hardware, it has brush holders, a large central zipper, and thoughtful compartments.

Is there one with a textured design?
BELLA – Yes! BELLA features a signature checkered exterior for those who want style with structure. It has a minimal layout with essential compartments and a stitched divider for simplicity and elegance.

What about a clear version that is TSA friendly?
CASEY – It's TSA friendly, so you can carry all your makeup/liquids in a transparent flat lay bag. Featuring two compartments for easy access to all your beauty essentials, it makes travelling a lot easier.

What if I want the most compact option?
SALY Mini – At just 20cm long, this one is perfect for tossing into your tote or glovebox. Despite its size, it features multiple compartments and a stitched divider, making it a small but mighty travel companion.

Which one can hold hair tools or full-size products?
SALY Large – Designed to store more than just makeup. With elastic bands and mesh pockets, this one comfortably fits a hair straightener, curling iron, Dyson tools, full sized hair spray, while keeping everything in place.

YES - The Saly (including Saly Mini and Large), Bella, and Ava all have a stitched middle divider preventing items from moving from side to side! You won't find this elsewhere in other dupes, trust us!

The only exception is our CASEY bag. Unfortunately, since it's a transparent bag, there is no way to stitched the compartment while keeping its clear aesthetic. But rest assured, the plastic divider is thick and durable enough to prevent items from passing through the bottom, despite not being stitched!

To keep your makeup bag looking its best, gently wipe the surface with a makeup wipe or a damp cloth using warm water. For makeup stains, you can also use a small amount of makeup remover to gently spot-clean the affected area.

Please avoid:

• Machine washing or drying
• Soaking or submerging the entire bag in water
• Scrubbing the bag or hardware too vigorously

Excessive water or washing may cause damage to the bag, lining, and hardware. After cleaning, gently wipe the area dry and allow the bag to air dry completely before use.

With proper care, your makeup bag can stay beautiful and functional for years to come!
