Shipping
We offer free international shipping on all orders to ensure that customers can experience our brand anywhere in the world.
We work directly with the manufacturer to get you the lowest prices possible, because of this shipping may take a few weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country, as our policy covers worldwide shipping.

Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking to become available after you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped.

We source our products internationally and some are shipped from different distribution facilities. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of your order to arrive.
If you still have not received the rest of your order after a few days, please feel free to contact us at info@maison-minimalist.com so we can locate your additional packages.

All customs fees, duties, and import taxes are paid for by us, so you won’t get hit with any surprise charges when your order arrives.
Our system begins processing orders automatically, so address changes aren’t always possible. That said, we’ll do our best to help if you contact us quickly. Your best chance is to email us within 1 hour of placing your order.

All styles are made with quality materials, dual zippers, gold hardware, and multiple interior pockets for organization! All of our bags are perfect for everyday use or for travelling, and fit in almost all sized luggages and even (some) personal sized bags!

Which one is your classic, most popular style?
SALY – Our best-seller for a reason. Comes in 11 aesthetic colors and includes 2 small pouches, 1 large pouch, a stitched middle zippered divider, and an exterior back zip pocket. It’s the everyday go-to makeup bag.
What’s the most stylish or elevated option?
AVA – A step up in both looks and function. Made from saffiano-like vegan leather with gold hardware, it has brush holders, a large central zipper, and thoughtful compartments.
Is there one with a textured design?
BELLA – Yes! BELLA features a signature checkered exterior for those who want style with structure. It has a minimal layout with essential compartments and a stitched divider for simplicity and elegance.
What about a clear version that is TSA friendly?
CASEY – It's TSA friendly, so you can carry all your makeup/liquids in a transparent flat lay bag. Featuring two compartments for easy access to all your beauty essentials, it makes travelling a lot easier.
What if I want the most compact option?
SALY Mini – At just 20cm long, this one is perfect for tossing into your tote or glovebox. Despite its size, it features multiple compartments and a stitched divider, making it a small but mighty travel companion.
Which one can hold hair tools or full-size products?
SALY Large – Designed to store more than just makeup. With elastic bands and mesh pockets, this one comfortably fits a hair straightener, curling iron, Dyson tools, full sized hair spray, while keeping everything in place.
YES - The Saly (including Saly Mini and Large), Bella, and Ava all have a stitched middle divider preventing items from moving from side to side! You won't find this elsewhere in other dupes, trust us!
The only exception is our CASEY bag. Unfortunately, since it's a transparent bag, there is no way to stitched the compartment while keeping its clear aesthetic. But rest assured, the plastic divider is thick and durable enough to prevent items from passing through the bottom, despite not being stitched!

Refunds & Replacements
If a product arrives damaged or defective or you are missing any parts, Maison Minimalist will provide you with a replacement product or with the missing parts, at no additional cost to you.
All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Send us an email at info@maison-minimalist.com with the following information:
1) Description of the issue (i.e. damaged, defective, or missing part)
2) Proof of purchase (full name and order number on your email confirmation)
3) Photo showing the product defect / damage (if applicable). If missing parts, please show a photo of what you've received.
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your case, and let you know if the replacement or missing product is processed.
We want you to love your beauty routine. If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Maison
- 5% restocking fee will be deducted to cover processing and handling
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed
If you'd like to return a product, please reach out within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to info@maison-minimalist.com with the subject line “ORDER #XXXXX - Refund Request”, and include:
- Reason for return + which product(s) you're returning
- Proof of purchase (name + order number)
- Photo of any defect or damage (if applicable)
- Photo of the original packaging, shipping label, and all contents
We’ll review your request and send you the return address. Please note:
- Return shipping is not covered. You will need to purchase your own shipping label.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted (to cover processing and handling) from your refund
Step 2: Ship It Back
- Carefully repackage your items in the original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
- Use tracked shipping—we’re not responsible for lost packages
- Mark the shipment as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs/duties/import fees. We will not accept packages that require Maison to pay any import fees.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund. We’ll notify you by email once it’s complete.
Maison Minimalist is commited to processing and shipping your orders as soon as possible, and therefore we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
Our systems will automatically initiate the picking and packing of your order to ensure you receive your packages as soon as possible.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would prefer a different variant, color, or item, please return your products and place a new order.
Discounts & Other
At checkout, you may input your discount code in the order summary page.
On your desktop, this appears on the right hand side of the order summary page.
On mobile, please select the drop down arrow where "Show order summary" appears with the total amount ($) of your order.
