Refund policy
Damaged / Defective Product or Missing Parts:
If a product arrives damaged or defective or you are missing any parts, Maison Minimalist will provide you with a replacement product or with the missing parts, at no additional cost to you. All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Send us an email at info@maison-minimalist.com with the following information:
- Description of the issue (i.e. damaged, defective or missing part(s))
- Proof of purchase (full name and order number on your email confirmation)
- Photo showing the product defect / damage (if applicable), and packaging. If there are missing parts, please show a photo of what you've received.
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your case, and let you know if the replacement or missing product is processed.
Return Policy:
We want you to love your beauty routine. If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Please note that any shipping costs
- Shipping fees to return your order is not covered by Maison, please purchase your own shipping label
- 10% restocking fee will be deducted to cover processing and handling
- Shipping fees associated with your original order are non refundable
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to info@maison-minimalist.com with the subject line “ORDER #XXXXX - Refund Request”, and include:
- Reason for return + which product(s) you're returning

Proof of purchase (name + order number)
- Photo of the original packaging, shipping label, and all contents
Step 2: Ship It Back
- Carefully repackage your items in the original packaging
- Purchase your own shipping label and drop off the return to the address provided (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
- Use tracked shipping—we’re not responsible for lost packages
- Prepay any import/custom fees and ensure you mark the shipment as "RETURNED GOODS". We will not accept packages that require Maison to pay any import fees.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund. We’ll notify you by email once it’s complete.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would prefer a different variant, color, or item, please return your products and place a new order.
